Q. WHAT IS THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO APPLY FOR A SHORT COURSE?
A.Applicants must be 18 or over with a good level of English as all our courses are taught in English. You should be enthusiastic and passionate about the fashion and design industry.

Our courses are designed to be beneficial for learners of range of skill and experience levels from beginners to professionals. Applications are considered and responded to within 72 hours of application. We can assist foreign students secure travel visa for the short courses in UK.

Q. HOW DO YOU APPLY FOR ANY OF OUR SHORT COURSES?
A.Please email your details for short course on enquiries@londonschoooloftrends.com and our Admissions Officer will get in touch with you within 72 hours.

Q. HOW MANY HOURS OF THE WEEK DO I STUDY AT THE COLLEGE ON A SHORT COURSES?
A.The tutor contact hours at the college are 6-8 hours per week. Additionally there is subject related research work and self directed study.

Q. WHAT DOES A RESIDENTIAL COURSES INCLUDE?
A.It includes the tuition fees, air travel to London Heathrow and return, airport pick up & drop, accommodation for the entire duration, food all meals, travel within London, subject related museum/exhibition visits, social events and photo-shoot with a crew of industry Professionals (Fashion Styling, Hair & Make-up and Fashion Photography Courses Only). An airfare surcharge may apply to applicants from some countries.

Q. WHAT DOES THE NON-RESIDENTIAL COURSES INCLUDE?
A.It includes the tuition fees, travel within London, subject related museum/exhibition visits, social events and photo-shoot with a crew of Industry Professional (Fashion Styling, Hair & Make-up and Fashion Photography Courses Only).

Q. DO I GET A CERTIFICATE FOR THE SHORT COURSES?
A.At the end of the course, you will get a certificate of completion. LST organises its certification ceremony where you will receive the certificate.

Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE OFFER LETTER?
A.On the receipt of your application form and the full payment of course fee, application will be reviewed and successful candidates will receive an offer letter from LST within 72hrs of the application.


International Students

Q. WHAT IS THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT?
A.Students whose first language is not English must be proficient in reading, writing in English.

Q. WILL I BE PROVIDED ACCOMMODATION IN LONDON FOR THE ENTIRE COURSE DURATION?
A.Yes, accommodation will be provided for the duration of the course.

Q. WHERE WILL I STAY IN LONDON?
A.You will be staying at the residential campus in central london.

Q. DO I NEED A VISA?
A.Yes, if you do not hold a UK or EU passport you need to apply for a student visitor visa. Our Admissions officer will help and guide you through the process.

Q. WHEN AND WHERE DO I APPLY FOR THE VISA?
A.Once you have received the offer letter from the college, you can apply for the visa at your local VFS UK Centre or at the British High Commission office in your country. You will need to apply six weeks in advance of your course start date. The College Admissions Officer will provide full assistance in order to apply for your visa.

Q. WHICH LANGUAGE ARE THE COURSES TAUGHT IN?
A.All our modules are taught in English.

Q. DO I GET A REFUND IF MY VISA IS REFUSED BY UKBA?
A.Yes a refund will be issued on confirmation of refusal of your visa deducting the visa application fees and administration charges.

Online Courses

Q. WHAT IS THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR AN ONLINE COURSES?
A.There is no eligibility, as long as you are 16 years or over and have found the course of your choice you can purchase and complete the course.

Q. HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE?
A.You will have unlimited access for 12 months from your first login date.

Q. WHAT IF I DO NOT UNDERSTAND SOMETHING ON THE COURSE?
A.We have a Learner's Support Team, you can contact them from the Learning Hub for any query that you may have during the learning process.

Q. IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER PURCHASE, CAN I CANCEL IT FOR A REFUND?
A.Sorry, we do not accept cancellations or process a refund once the login details are provided.

Q. DO I GET A CERTIFICATE?
A.Yes you will get a certificate of completion from LST who are accredited by British Accreditation Council.

Q. I HAVE A VOUCHER CODE WHERE DO I REDEEM IT?
A.You would have provided a redemption link by the merchant where you bought your course. You will have to enter the code, your name and email address. After the code is accepted you will receive your login details via an automatic email that will allow you to access the course and you can start learning straight away.

Q. WHEN DO I GET MY LOGIN CREDENTIALS TO ACCESS THE COURSE?
A.Once you have successfully paid for the course and redeemed the voucher as instructed by the merchant, an email with your login credentials to access your course will be sent to you immediately.

Q. CAN I ACCESS THE COURSE ON A TABLET OR A SMARTPHONE?
A.Yes, our website is responsive, which means you can view the lectures and read the notes on a tablet or a smartphone.
